Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited (AWN) is a provider of
telecommunications services, telecommunications network and computer systems.
The company is licensed by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC).
           AWN was founded on September 2nd, 2005 with the current paid up capital of 350
million Baht. “AWN is a subsidiary company of Advanced Info Service Public Limited Company
or AIS (shareholding of 99.99 percent).”

           AWN’s business goal is to meet the ever-increasing demands of customers in telecommunications
services including providing new services to meet the telecommunications business’ needs.

AWN has been authorized licenses from NTC and NBTC as follows:
1. Type One Internet Service License on September 18, 2008
2. Type Three Telecommunications Business License (Network Provider and Service Provider)
     onJune 12, 2008
3. Type Three Telecommunications Business License (International Mobile Telecommunications –
     IMT 2.1 GHz band) onDecember 7, 2012
4. Spectrum License for Telecommunications Service (International Mobile Telecommunications –
     IMT 2.1 GHz band) onDecember 7, 2012
           At present, AWN offers both wired and wireless network services and
currently in the service expansion phase (Growth stage). AWN will continue to
expand its wired and wireless network services as well as other services under
licenses to support high speed communications which will allow customers to
access services faster and more convenient with variety of platforms in the future.

existing network/service providers as well as new providers, AWN is capable and able to
